What if I am buying on behalf of a Club, School or Coach and require a quote for a number of products at a special rate or require a team product and/or order?

To ensure you are provided with the best quote possible, quality service and the correct product you require you may email sales@aquashop.com.au with your requirements and contact details. What are the different ways I can pay for my product?

What are the Credit Card Options accepted?

At all Aqua Shop locations and online we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, BankCard, and American Express.


Is it safe to enter my credit card details on the Aqua Shop Website?

The AquaShop 'Safe Shopping Guarantee' protects you while you shop at Aquashop.com.au, so that you never have to worry about credit card safety.

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it can not be read as the information travels over the Internet.


What are the costs of delivery?

All export post/carriage will be charged at cost.

Note: Prices in this online store supersede any other previous catalogues or price lists. Aqua Shop reserves the right in the interest of product improvement to change specifications where necessary.

The charge of postage for an ordinary product order within Australia is $8.00. Bulky items, which are subject to volumetric measurement cost, and international orders will be charged at our best forwarder cost rates and advised separately.


How do I know if my order has been received?

You will automatically receive an email receipt on submission of your order as acknowledgement of the transaction. Our sales and distribution staff also receive an email notification as prompt to dispatch your order.


How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

We have available large stocks of all items shown for purchase online and most items will be dispatched within 10 days of clearance, but do allow for the post.  Overseas orders can take up to 21 days depending on destination country.

If you have special circumstances or require a product urgently please place your request in the “special requirements” part, so we can do our best to meet your needs. If a product you have ordered is out of stock for a lengthy period of time a customer representative will contact you. If you have any further queries please email sales@aquashop.com.au. 


Does Aqua Shop deliver to anywhere in the world?

From this store, we ship to Australasia and the rest of the world. We do however recommend that you check your country's customs policy for the product you are ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are seized by customs in your own country. Likewise, we can accept no responsibility for any taxes or duties that may be payable on goods entering your country.


Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes we do, for security reasons you will need to provide your residential address before we can ship your products to your post office box.


What if I'm not home when the good is being delivered?

Our courier will leave a card and deliver your order to the nearest Australia Post office. You can then pick up your order at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention Sugarroad in order to pick-up your package.


What happens if I order the incorrect size?

If you would like to exchange size or colour please return the purchased product in original condition together with a note of your full contact details and requirements. You can return the product to the address provided on the invoice or packing slip provided.  If you would like to contact us regarding exchanges you may phone 1300 132 852 or email sales@aquashop.com.au

 
If the product is not what I expected what is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from on-line store www.aquashop.com.au ( as regards to in-store simply return your product, in original condition, within 21 days quoting your Packing Note Number. We will replace without questioning or, if you prefer, refund your purchase
